Mill Stream Terms of Sale

We are manufacturers and do not sell any of our products at wholesale prices to the general public.

We sell wholesale only to retail businesses, other manufacturers, authorized distributors, non-profit fishing organizations and craftsmen. For retail sales, please refer to our Dealer page for information.

MINIMUM ORDERS:

The minimum order for qualified dealers is $100. The minimum quantity of boxes required for custom imprinting is 50 boxes - you may mix different sizes, colors and styles as long as the total is 50 pieces. (See Dealer Dozens information for best value when ordering.)

DISTRIBUTORS:

Distributor pricing is available. A minimum pre-season order of $2000 is required annually. The minimum reorder is $300 once that pre-requisite has been met.

NEW CUSTOMERS:

Initial U.S. orders will be shipped C.O.D. or may be prepaid with cash or credit card until credit is established.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

International orders will ONLY be shipped prepaid. Payment may be made by wire transfer, check in U.S. funds, or credit card.

OPEN ACCOUNT TERMS:

2%/15 days - Net 30 days for cash sales. (There is no discount for payments made by credit card or PayPal.) Open account terms are only available to qualified U.S. dealers with established credit. If a pattern of late payment develops, the account will revert to C.O.D. or prepaid status.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:

Check, money order, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) or PayPal. For international wire transfer information, please contact our office directly.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS:

No additional orders will be accepted or processed until the delinquent balance is paid in full. Habitually overdue accounts will revert to C.O.D. or prepaid status.

SHIPPING:

All light shipping will be UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. All freight is F.O.B. Manchester, New Hampshire.

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted with a return authorization number (RA#) issued by our office. For returns over $500, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged. There are no returns on custom printed boxes unless due to an error in processing on Mill Stream’s part.

Please notify Mill Stream immediately of any damage or discrepencies in orders shipped.
